Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save your home's maps, set up cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, as well as the amount of water your mop consumes.

A mapping feature helps your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These features are vital in my house that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and can even raise its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to spot pets plants, small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested up to now. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it from becoming stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has mop lifter that will lift the pad automatically as it changes between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and dried in the dock and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only having to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only drawback is that it's costly. The number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum when you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is among the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos available. In my tests, it was able to perform well across all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift long hair without tangling. The mops were also excellent, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models, due to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's main selling point is its advanced docking station that is multi-functional. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, fills its water tank to enable mopping and dry the mop pads for you. It also has a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris when compared to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. In addition, its mops aren't as adept at removing tough stains like those in the premium Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned regularly, emptied, and dried. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require replacement every few months.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. If you're on a smaller budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at your home. It's worth noting that even if the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase but its high cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop set-up has a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for vacuuming as well as mowing. It's also fitted with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself and makes it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads of other robots. Its roller runs almost the full width of the bot and is constantly supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. While  robot vacuum cleaners best  spins, the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper.  Best robot vacuum cleaner UK  into its base station, which is then sucked up by the tank's heating elements, and then pumped into a larger storage bin. The tank that is onboard holds a good amount of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

As with most robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. It will need to be filled with clean water, however this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own cleaner. If you decide to use this feature however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the coverage and efficiency of navigation tests, just like the majority of robots. It was fast to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. It sat on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However, this could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that offers lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it still has some amazing features. The dock's multifunction allows emptying the robot's dirtbag, filling its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads is done by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a large portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually the entire area that are mapped by this device, or choose individual rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. There are many mopping options, including SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.

Like all Roborock models we've tested The Qrevo performs well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect the dangers of carpets that are thick but it might not always detect small things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this device is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be a problem for people who spend a lot of time vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's an easy solution: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to eliminate the last remnants of debris and dust left behind by the vacuuming. This is a great feature that lets this vacuum to clean up a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
